Modular Design

The modular design also "future-proofs" your investment by allowing for extra functionality to be added in the future as new services become available. The Telrad AdvanceIP family of telephone systems are designed to deliver real, easy-to-use business benefits tailored to the needs of every user.

Avanti Digital Telephones

The AdvanceIP system offers the Avanti range of proprietary digital telephones, including one model with an eight line by thirty Character graphic display, and a digital wireless extension. All models feature dynamically activated softkeys, programmable buttons and full duplex audio path.

DECT Digital Cordless Telephones

It is becoming increasingly important to stay in touch even when you are away form the desk, so Telrad Connegy offer a true Digital Cordless solution - offering crystal-clear speech using GAP compliant DECT technology.

ISDN Functionality

Telrad Connegy AdvanceIP systems provide an end-to-end digital platform. Telrad Connegy customers enjoy access to a broad spectrum of ISDN functionality for voice and data.

Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP)

The AdvanceIP digital telephones with displays will show the number of the calling party if the call is received over an ISDN line and the calling party has not blocked the display of the number. On outgoing calls on ISDN lines, you decide if your number can be displayed to the called party, or blocked.

Site Networking

A variety of network configuration options make the AdvanceIP systems the ideal solution for businesses located in widespread areas. The systems offer VoIP networking including Helix and Tvse networking.

Multiple Night Modes

The AdvanceIP system has up to 4 night modes. Each mode can be manually selected or by a predetermined time. Allowance is made for special days such as weekends and special dates such as holidays. The modes give different ringing patterns and if required different Classes of Service.

IP Telephony

The Telrad AdvanceIP system provides IP telephony solutions affording the possibility to connect remote telephones over IP lines, as well as fax, message and email server integration.

Call Centre Working

Unlike most telephone systems, an entry level ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) package is included as standard with the AdvanceIP systems. Naturally though, for larger businesses with a high volume of incoming calls, the system can be easily upgraded to include an advanced ACD option. With ACD, calls are handled by groups of agents under single or multiple supervisor positions, according to sophisticated routing plans.

Voice Mail

Coupled with the robustness and reliability of the PBX for your call handling, Telrad Connegy brings you the emaGEN option for advanced features and application enhancements. Options include:- Integrated Voicemail, Auto Attendant, Unified Messaging, CLI Routing and Call Register. For users who want an introductory voicemail we also have the Snapmail integrated voicemail card.

Voice over IP (VoIP)

The TVSe Server enables VoIP technology for the the AdvanceIP system but as well as providing IP Telephony it also provides an application server and web portal for all users regardless of if they are IP phones or not. The server is Linux based offering unparalleled stability and reliability.

Computer Telephony Integration

The AdvanceIP systems provide the latest in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), including support for TSAPI and basic or expanded TAPI compliant off-the-shelf applications. With the Telrad Connegy AdvanceIP system you can increase business efficiency by linking your PC or network for enhanced CTI functionality such as database dialling and screen popping of client details.

Call Through

The AdvanceIP system has an option called Call Through that allows authorised users to call into the system via a special telephone number and have access to any of the lines available. This allows callers to dial via the system to take advantage of any special tariffs available or any private circuits. The feature validates the caller from their caller ID so it guarantees security. The use of this feature requires a software licence code.

System Administration

The AdvanceIP system is easily administered by a Windows program called emanager. This has an easy to use Graphical Interface that is intuitive to use and provides a comprehensive on line help feature.
